At PeopleMetrics Rx, we take our values seriously. Our values are used to evaluate new candidates in our interviewing process, as well as to form key criteria for performance evaluations of all our employees. Our clients are asked after each project (or yearly for our tracking projects) for feedback on how well our employees have lived each value.
