How do I Take Action?
At PeopleMetrics Rx, we are passionate about helping our clients take the best actions on physician feedback. Our PEM solution is designed to help both sales reps and their managers to respond in the most effective way to physician feedback. Here are a few highlights:
Questions Designed for Action: Our proven core PE15TM question sets are designed to enable our clients to take action on specific aspects of the physician experience.
Action Alerts: Based on individual physician responses to specific questions in the survey, Action Alerts are sent directly to the appropriate sales rep and/or manager via e-mail immediately after the physician submits feedback. PEM includes four types of Action Alerts: Engagement, Recover, Grow & Recognize.
Online Reporting Hub: After an Action Alert is sent, a record is automatically created in the PEM Hub. The Hub includes online tools for the sales rep (or manager) to determine the next best actions to take. Sales reps and managers can then close out cases as appropriate actions are taken. Suggestions are provided on what specific actions will be most effective depending on the type of Action Alert generated.
Role-Based Hub Access: The secure online Hub automatically shows the appropriate data to each sales rep or manager based on their unique login ID. A manager has access to all the reps he or she is responsible for, but each rep only sees results for their own physicians.
Integration with CRM Packages (e.g., Salesforce.com): We can easily integrate individual level physician feedback into Salesforce.com and other popular CRM packages.
